Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to promptly check the correspondence between what was ordered and what was received, as well as the status of the packaging and content. Any discrepancies of any kind detectable upon delivery must be reported in writing to Lanza Commercio Detergenza in the manner indicated below no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture.
The reports must specify the defects found and contain all the information necessary for the identification of the product and its traceability. It is understood that any damage or loss suffered by the goods during transport, will not be attributable to Lanza Commercio Detergenza except only in the cases in which Lanza Commercio Detergenza has expressly agreed in writing a term of return with which it assumes responsibility and risk of the goods until delivery to a place other than its headquarters, and in this case it will be responsible until delivery to that place. It is therefore, as a rule, the Customer's responsibility to assert his rights against the carrier appointed by him.
