Purchasing information guide

By consulting our online product catalogue you can enter the desired item in the "cart" indicating the quantity and clicking on the relevant cart icon.
The selected product will be added to the "cart" and the quantity of products and the total price will be updated.
After filling in the quote request you will be contacted, within the next working day, by one of our Experts in Cleaning & Beauty Solutions to better understand how to optimize the final order.


Our goal is to deliver the order within 4-5 working days from the date of purchase. If you pay by bank transfer, the effective date refers to the day the payment is posted by our bank.
It is important to know that delivery times are calculated considering only working days and therefore excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
All our shipments are handled with specific packaging.

Return Policy

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to promptly check the correspondence between what was ordered and what was received, as well as the status of the packaging and content. Any discrepancies of any kind detectable upon delivery must be reported in writing to Lanza Commercio Detergenza in the manner indicated below no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture.  
The reports must specify the defects found and contain all the information necessary for the identification of the product and its traceability. It is understood that any damage or loss suffered by the goods during transport, will not be attributable to Lanza Commercio Detergenza except only in the cases in which Lanza Commercio Detergenza has expressly agreed in writing a term of return with which it assumes responsibility and risk of the goods until delivery to a place other than its headquarters, and in this case it will be responsible until delivery to that place. It is therefore, as a rule, the Customer's responsibility to assert his rights against the carrier appointed by him.
